Style of dispenser

A single levered Slimline tap is supplied with Alpine 120 range.

Integrated drain font

If the dispenser is to be mounted away from a sink, choose our XI Slimline Font. The ultimate in modern clean styling, it can be either surface mounted or recessed into the bench top for a completely flush mounting.

Choice of Finish

Dual levered Slimline tap is available in Chrome only.

Extension Kit

In a situation where the underbench unit cannot be mounted directly below the tap, Billi also offers a tubing extension kit for our Alpine systems which allows the unit to be mounted up to 2 metres away, giving extra design flexibility.

Premium filtration

Unless specified, the standard filtration in the Eco and Quadra is 5 micron, which provides a high level of water quality whilst maintaining reasonable filter life. We also offer premium sub micron filtration for even greater water purity and these filtration options are available with our units when originally supplied.

Alpine 120 – FAQS

There’s no room left under our sink. Can a Billi water filtration system be installed in the next cupboard?

Absolutely. In fact your dispenser can be installed up to 2.0m from its undersink water filter. Remember, there will be a boiling water delay with a long extension.

How often should I replace my under sink water system filter?

We recommend a new filter at least every 6-12 months, depending on usage and water quality.

Do I need to buy special filters for my under sink water system?

Yes. You should always use the correct filter for your water system.

Do water filtration systems get blocked? Both ambient and chilled water just dribbles out.

Yes. As filters catch contaminants, they become soiled. Billi under sink water systems use mains pressure, so reduced water flow indicates you should change filters.

Help! I have a leak from the back of my water dispenser.

The drain line is blocked. Check the drain point to ensure the gravity fed drain line can empty freely.

Why is there is a strange taste to the drinking water from our under sink filter?

Contaminants collected in your under sink filter become concentrated when filters reach the end of their life and can affect water taste. Ensure that the filter is replaced at least every 12 months or 6,000 litres.

Do you have a drain tray? We’d like to install Alpine in the boardroom but there’s no sink.

Yes. Billi Font is available for this purpose in a finish to match your filtered water dispenser.

How can I tell if my Alpine unit is on or off?

If the Billi dispenser lights are illuminated, your Alpine water system is on.
