Unprecedented Tap Options

Following collaboration with architects, designers, engineers and end users, Billi has created an exceptional new range of dispensers to suit our Boiling and Chilled systems. Comprising three different styles of tap and a corresponding drain font, this range ticks all the boxes with clean sophisticated style, advanced safety technology, ease of installation and designer finishes available.

As with our other drinking water appliances, the entire Billi Boiling and Chilled range is covered by a comprehensive 24 month warranty. As an Australian manufacturer we not only have close quality control but we are also uniquely positioned to offer exceptional after sales service.

Safety first

Billi’s Splash Free boiling water delivery electronically varies the water flow, slowing momentarily to eliminate splashing as the water first enters the cup. All Billi dispensers are supplied standard with a safety switch.

Style of dispenser

Choose a dispenser from our standard XL Levered, the innovative XT Touch version which has no levers and a clean style with all operation via a touch pad at the top of the tap or the XR remote which has a separate control pad which can be mounted nearby the tap for greater design flexibility. All versions are available with the complete Boiling and Chilled range.

Integrated drain font

If the dispenser is to be mounted away from a sink, choose our XI Font. The ultimate in modern clean styling, it can be either surface mounted or recessed into the bench top for a completely flush mounting. The font comes complete with a dispenser riser to ensure sufficient clearance.

Choice of Finish

XL & XT dispenser available in Chrome, Brushed & Matt Black. XR dispenser available in Chrome only. Risers available in all colours and finishes.

Water Cooled or air cooled

Water cooled or air cooled. With the Quadra range, choose from our standard water cooled or nominate air cooled if preferred. If choosing air cooled don’t forget to allow for a ventilation grille, which we also have available.

Extension Kit

In a situation where the underbench unit cannot be mounted directly below the tap, Billi also offers a tubing extension kit for our Boiling and Chilled systems which allows the unit to be mounted up to 2 metres away, giving extra design flexibility

Premium filtration

Unless specified, the standard filtration in the Eco and Quadra is 5 micron, which provides a high level of water quality whilst maintaining reasonable filter life. We also offer premium sub micron filtration for even greater water purity and these filtration options are available with our units when originally supplied.

Quadra Compact – FAQS

How often should I replace my under sink water system filter?

We recommend a new filter at least every 6-12 months, depending on usage and water quality.

Do I need to buy special filters for my under sink water system?

Yes. You should always use the correct filter for your water system.

Do water filtration systems get blocked? Our boiling water flows well but cool just dribbles out.

Yes. As filters catch contaminants, they become soiled. Billi under sink water systems use mains pressure, so reduced chilled water flow indicates you should change filters.

Why do the red and blue lights flash on the tap?

The indicator lights tell you what’s going on. Flashing red means boiling water hasn’t reached 99°C yet. Flashing blue means water hasn’t chilled to set temperature. Both lights will glow solid when this happens.

How do I know when to change the under sink water filter?

The orange light will flash continually when your water filter needs changing.

My dispenser blue light is on but the water system is not chilling.

The under sink chilling unit may need a minor service. Change filters before calling a technician.

I don’t have boiling water and the dispenser red light is always flashing.

The heating element may have blown or overloaded. Call an authorised Billi agent to repair your under sink water system.

Why is there is a strange taste to the drinking water from our under sink filter?

Contaminants collected in your under sink filter become concentrated when filters reach the end of their life and can affect water taste. Ensure that the filter is replaced at least every 12 months or 6,000 litres.
